Job Summary

Learner Success Partner is a full-time, exempt role responsible for guiding adult learners through their educational journey, ensuring engagement, persistence, and career readiness while collaborating with faculty and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the learner relationship from acceptance through completion, ensuring consistent engagement and progress
• Monitor learner progress and implement targeted interventions for at-risk learners
• Integrate career development into coaching conversations and support learners in connecting academic work to career goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience supporting adult learners or participants in education or workforce development environments
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain accountability in 1:1 relationships
• Experience using data or systems to monitor progress and inform decisions
• Ability to manage a large caseload with structure and consistent follow-through
• Comfort with institutional platforms and openness to learning new tools
