Learner Success Strategist

Job Summary

Supporting learners' program progression, the full-time remote Learner Success Strategist I will provide strategies to overcome barriers to completion, foster a culture of trust within the College community, and focus on learner retention, completion, and satisfaction during set working hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm MST.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned caseload of learners, monitoring their progress and providing necessary support
• Collaborate with local communities and organizations to develop resources that assist learners in overcoming academic and personal challenges
• Utilize a consultative coaching approach to create customized success plans aimed at improving learner performance and achieving their goals

Required qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, higher education, psychology, or a related human services field from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in higher education, counseling, or social work preferred
• Experience in documentation of case management preferred
