Job Summary
Learner Support Representative assists new and prospective students with the Sophia Learning platform in a full-time role, focusing on account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting basic issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with account creation, course navigation, and resource utilization on the Sophia platform
- Provide explanations of platform features and tools to ensure user confidence
- Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of contact center or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in education or academia is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
