Job Summary

Learner Support Representative assists new and prospective students with the Sophia Learning platform in a full-time role, focusing on account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting basic issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students with account creation, course navigation, and resource utilization on the Sophia platform
  • Provide explanations of platform features and tools to ensure user confidence
  • Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of contact center or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in education or academia is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
