Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learner Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate professional development assignment submissions and provide feedback to ensure learners' career collateral is job-ready
Offer direct support to learners in developing their career collateral and interviewing skills
Identify common patterns and trends in learner assignments and provide feedback to improve program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of professional skills such as resume & cover letter writing and interviewing
Previous experience in career coaching, tutoring, or education
Ability to provide personalized support to meet individual learner needs
Commitment to understanding and empathizing with people of diverse backgrounds
Ability to work autonomously in changing environments and manage multiple demands
