Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learner Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate professional development assignment submissions and provide feedback to ensure learners' career collateral is job-ready
  • Offer direct support to learners in developing their career collateral and interviewing skills
  • Identify common patterns and trends in learner assignments and provide feedback to improve program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of professional skills such as resume & cover letter writing and interviewing
  • Previous experience in career coaching, tutoring, or education
  • Ability to provide personalized support to meet individual learner needs
  • Commitment to understanding and empathizing with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work autonomously in changing environments and manage multiple demands
