Job Summary

Providing essential support for learners, the full-time remote Learner Support Specialist, PSLF will manage inquiries related to the learner experience, including platform navigation, program participation, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) certification processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support for learners and partners across various communication channels
  • Manage verification-related inquiries and PSLF submissions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve learner issues and enhance the overall experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in learner support, customer support, or related fields
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Jira is a plus
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing learner data and documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
