Learning Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of learning processes and measurement practices, the full-time Specialist, Learning Analytics and Adoption will provide expertise in data-informed best practices for learning and development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define success metrics and adoption indicators for Goodwill Academy products and services
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from learning events, resources, and services to improve engagement strategies
• Design and maintain scalable resources and processes for learning and development, supporting member organizations based on data trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in adult learning, workforce development, and data analytics
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and curriculum development
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, and familiarity with learning management systems
• Experience managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
