Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Learning and Adoption Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build enterprise learning architecture for multi-program transformations aligned to business outcomes
  • Design, develop, and lead custom role-based training programs for various solutions
  • Implement advanced training methodologies, including Train-the-Trainer programs, to scale adoption
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in training design and delivery for enterprise systems, especially in PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions
  • Proficiency in instructional design, learning engineering, and performance support
  • Experience in creating role-based training programs and TTT initiatives
  • Experience with Learning tools and platforms such as Viva Learning or Cornerstone
  • US Citizenship is required
