Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for Learning and Development questions and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Create and maintain accurate employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead New Hire Orientation and provide reports to leadership to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' experience in a professional administrative or training-related role
  • Experience with business or administrative software systems (LMS, CRM, HRIS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a reliable work ethic
