Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using AI tools and multimedia software
• Transform complex financial concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences
• Build and maintain templates and standards to ensure consistency and quality in learning programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Experience Design
• Strong experience in designing content across multiple formats and learning styles
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficient in tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
