Learning and Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Associate, Clinical Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-impact virtual training sessions for new hires on the Clinical Admissions team
• Design, implement, and continuously refine asynchronous onboarding materials to support effective learning
• Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health or healthcare
• Prior experience in Learning & Development, training, or enablement, preferably in fast-paced operational teams
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training experiences, including e-learning modules and job aids
• Highly proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
