Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Experience Learning and Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging, high-impact virtual training sessions for new hires on the Care Experience team
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine asynchronous onboarding materials to support effective learning
  • Strategically evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare in a client-facing setting, or in Learning & Development
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging live and asynchronous training experiences
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading virtual training sessions
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
