Learning and Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support a transformative initiative in an AI-first environment, the part-time contract Learning and Development Consultant will design and facilitate workshops for senior leaders, analyze workflows, and create engaging learning experiences focused on AI adoption, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high-impact workshops for senior leaders on AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption
• Partner with engineering and product design teams to analyze and redesign workflows leveraging AI
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Proven workshop facilitation skills with senior leaders and executive-level audiences
• Technical instructional design background in engineering or highly technical environments
• Experience in workflow redesign and process mapping with engineering teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs to develop effective learning solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools is a plus
