Job Summary

Partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee capability, the full-time Learning and Development Consultant will manage the development, implementation, and administration of scalable learning programs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with business units to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person training programs, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in learning and development or related roles
  • Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually
  • Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
