Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support their Corporate People Services Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user enrollment and course assignments
  • Coordinate facilitation logistics for training sessions and gather learner feedback for program improvement
  • Support content development and publishing on the LMS, including creating e-learns and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in managing LMS is a plus
  • Experience with e-learn authoring tools is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
