Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support their Corporate People Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user enrollment and course assignments
- Coordinate facilitation logistics for training sessions and gather learner feedback for program improvement
- Support content development and publishing on the LMS, including creating e-learns and training materials
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in managing LMS is a plus
- Experience with e-learn authoring tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
