Job Summary

To support the delivery of training and coaching programs for clients, the remote Learning and Development Facilitator will design and implement curriculum and learning materials while collaborating with client leaders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver distance learning and in-person courses to facilitate the implementation of new technologies
  • Develop instructional outlines and quick reference materials for training programs
  • Assist new hires in understanding current technology and processes to enhance their success within client organizations
Required qualifications:
  • Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing training programs effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and current versions of Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing and adaptable personality, comfortable with frequent changes
