Learning and Development Facilitator

Job Summary

To support employee development, the remote Learning and Development Facilitator will create and deliver virtual training programs, manage onboarding processes, and enhance learner engagement while ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and develop virtual training programs, including materials and resources for new hires
• Monitor and mentor current employees to elevate their skills and ensure successful transitions to team roles
• Collaborate with management to identify departmental training needs and create effective training tools

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in training, facilitation, or classroom management in a virtual environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
• Proven ability in employee development and coaching
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• High school education or equivalent is required
