Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Lead - Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary learning and development partner for Technology leaders, establishing learning priorities aligned with delivery goals
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement resources and standardized onboarding materials to enhance team performance
  • Define success measures for enablement efforts and maintain the learning management system for program evaluation and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or performance consulting
  • Experience in needs assessment, program design, and stakeholder partnership
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting for program evaluation
  • Experience partnering with technical organizations to translate complex practices into practical enablement
