Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Learning and Development Leader, this full-time remote position will drive the strategy, design, and execution of a scalable learning ecosystem for a large accounting and advisory firm, focusing on technical excellence, compliance, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cohesive learning frameworks that support technical excellence and business acumen
- Manage a portfolio of technical learning programs to meet CPE requirements and ensure content relevance
- Lead the development of programs that enhance leadership and soft skills across all levels of the firm
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning experience platforms
- In-depth knowledge of CPE compliance requirements for accounting and advisory professions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics and data-driven program improvement
