Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of a modern learning ecosystem, the full-time remote Learning and Development Leader will manage a small team to align learning with the firm's strategic priorities, focusing on technical excellence, CPE compliance, and leadership development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cohesive learning frameworks that support technical excellence and business acumen
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of technical learning programs that meet CPE requirements and ensure content relevance
  • Leverage technology and analytics to deliver modern learning experiences and assess program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • In-depth knowledge of CPE compliance requirements relevant to accounting and advisory professions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics and data analysis
