Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution of a modern learning ecosystem, the full-time remote Learning and Development Leader will manage a small team to align learning with the firm's strategic priorities, focusing on technical excellence, CPE compliance, and leadership development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cohesive learning frameworks that support technical excellence and business acumen
- Develop and manage a portfolio of technical learning programs that meet CPE requirements and ensure content relevance
- Leverage technology and analytics to deliver modern learning experiences and assess program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- In-depth knowledge of CPE compliance requirements relevant to accounting and advisory professions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics and data analysis
