Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager 1, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update learning content and programs based on scheduled criteria and business needs
• Project manage large design efforts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of new content
• Curate customized learning experiences in collaboration with engagement partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of instructional design techniques and learning modalities
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
