Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance management and succession programs, including communication and training resources
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and execute learning programs to support employee growth
  • Design and lead New Hire Orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, or related HR functions
  • Experience delivering training across various formats, including virtual and hybrid
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies in corporate learning environments
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
