Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance management and succession programs, including communication and training resources
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and execute learning programs to support employee growth
- Design and lead New Hire Orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, or related HR functions
- Experience delivering training across various formats, including virtual and hybrid
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
- Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies in corporate learning environments
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
