Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving Learning & Development initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide development strategy
- Oversee the design and implementation of learning systems that drive employee development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of L&OD experience with a proven track record in transforming learning practices
- 2-3 years of HR/management experience building and leading a team
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing learning platforms
- Experience scaling in a hyper-growth environment, preferably within a tech startup
