Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to lead and evolve its enterprise learning function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the enterprise learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and create outcomes-driven learning solutions
- Lead onboarding and integration programs for new and acquired employees to enhance productivity and cultural alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human capital, adult learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and initiatives in a business environment
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions that drive performance
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose business problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience overseeing learning infrastructure, including LMS and learning standards
