Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to lead and evolve its enterprise learning function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the enterprise learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and create outcomes-driven learning solutions
  • Lead onboarding and integration programs for new and acquired employees to enhance productivity and cultural alignment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human capital, adult learning, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and initiatives in a business environment
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions that drive performance
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose business problems and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Experience overseeing learning infrastructure, including LMS and learning standards
