Job Summary
Owning the strategy and delivery of learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning and Development Manager will manage enablement programs for internal teams and customers, focusing on building structured learning paths and measuring adoption outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and operationalize a high-priority enablement program for internal teams and customers, collaborating with various departments to enhance product knowledge
- Design and develop engaging, outcomes-focused learning content, including SCORM-compliant eLearning modules and instructor-led training
- Define and track engagement and adoption metrics to assess program effectiveness and report on outcomes in regular business reviews
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Instructional Design within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of designing and launching multi-persona learning programs from scratch
- Hands-on expertise in creating SCORM-compliant content and administering LMS systems
- Strong instructional design foundation with measurable program outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are a plus
