Job Summary
Passionate about developing people, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Manager will lead the learning and development strategy by designing and delivering programs that enhance project management, leadership, and technical excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a firmwide learning framework, including structured curricula and competency models
- Design and deliver training programs that connect learning to business results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Enhance client trust by developing training that supports quality, consistency, and exceptional client experience
Required qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in designing and delivering learning programs, preferably in a professional services or technical environment
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, education, business, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification is preferred
- Experience in building leadership programs and technical development frameworks that support individual and organizational growth
- Strong understanding of the business of professional services, including utilization, margin, and client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships at all levels
