Job Summary
As a full-time remote Learning and Development Manager, the successful candidate will develop and manage comprehensive learning programs, enhance leadership pipelines, and implement innovative training solutions to support organizational growth and employee development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding, training programs, and career development frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Assess workforce development needs and establish annual learning priorities, collaborating with executive leadership
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives across learning and development strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development
- Experience leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives, preferably in engineering or technical environments
- Familiarity with managing learning platforms and HRIS/LMS systems
- Professional certifications such as CPLP, CPTD, or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
