Job Summary
Leading a team focused on enterprise learning and development activities, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Manager will oversee the design and implementation of employee training programs, aligning them with business strategies and conducting training needs analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational objectives and integrate business needs into offerings
- Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with leadership to design and implement improvements in learning and development
- Develop and facilitate leadership training programs, including group facilitation and individual coaching to address skill gaps
Required qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in training, organizational learning, and development, or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience in training delivery and data analysis for process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
