Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of comprehensive learning and development initiatives, the full-time L&D Program Manager will architect capability-building programs, career pathing frameworks, and leadership development strategies in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-wide learning programs to address capability gaps and enhance workforce readiness
• Develop and manage the High-Potential program, including selection criteria and cohort experiences
• Redesign and oversee the onboarding program, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive new-hire experience

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development with a proven track record of building programs from scratch
• Mastery of instructional design and learning/leadership theory, with the ability to implement adult learning principles effectively
• Strong program management skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
• Experience with learning technology and LMS platforms, along with a curiosity for AI tool evaluation
• Analytical skills to create dashboards that link learning initiatives to business outcomes
