Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Global Commercial Services team, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Manager will design and facilitate engaging learning solutions, conduct needs assessments, and manage learning programs to enhance performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate learning solutions for sales and account development teams
• Conduct needs assessments and performance analyses to identify learning opportunities aligned with business objectives
• Deliver live and virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding, leadership development, and continuing education

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience in corporate learning or adult education environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for evidence-based decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field (preferred)
