Job Summary
To support the design and delivery of learning initiatives, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Partner will collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders, manage training projects, and conduct needs analyses, all while working remotely from any location in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to create effective learning objectives and training materials
- Manages projects by creating plans, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Designs and delivers engaging training sessions, providing logistical support during events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Education, or Human Resource Development
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate learning programs and training logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
