Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Learning and Development Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and content impact
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and participate in the Operations Change Management process
• Identify gaps in training and readiness processes, coordinating scalable learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related enablement role
• 2+ years of experience in a Servicing Operations role or equivalent environment
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
