Learning and Development Partner

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of skills programs, the full-time remote Learning and Development Partner will manage the full cycle of learning initiatives while collaborating with business leaders to enhance team member growth and capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and scope training solutions to ensure mastery of specific skills
• Support performance management processes by providing frameworks and tools for evaluation
• Develop and manage all learning deliverables and tools while overseeing the execution of scoped programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in an instructional design role
• 3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs
• Fluency in leveraging AI technologies for training solutions
• Experience with various learning technologies such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
