Learning and Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager 1, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and execute updates to learning content and programs based on maintenance criteria and business needs
• Author and edit learning content, ensuring accuracy and engagement across various modalities
• Project manage large design efforts and curate customized learning experiences in collaboration with engagement partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in learning and development
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of instructional design techniques and project management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
