Learning and Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, L&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate updates to learning programs based on business needs
• Author and refine learning content using various digital tools
• Manage project design initiatives to deliver impactful learning solutions on time and within budget

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Expert knowledge in learning methodologies and instructional design
• Experience with project management and managing cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365
