Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time remote Learning and Development Program Manager will oversee training initiatives, analyze performance data, and enhance organizational effectiveness across various learning programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and third-party providers to develop and maintain learning programs for safety and technical training
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and create action plans that enhance value for both the client and the organization
  • Manage training assignments in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure compliance with safety training requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human development, organizational management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Training and Development or learning systems management
  • Proven experience in designing adult learning programs using various instructional design models
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning gaps and design effective solutions
  • Experience with LMS administration, preferably with Corner Stone OnDemand
