Job Summary
To build and scale learning initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Program Manager will define the learning strategy, enhance existing programs, and create new ones that support employee growth throughout their careers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own the learning and development strategy, prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact
- Design and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leadership development
- Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and create practical learning solutions that enhance performance
Required qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Proven experience in building and scaling learning programs
- Strong program management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives independently
- Experience designing engaging learning experiences for adult learners
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
