Job Summary

To build and scale learning initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Program Manager will define the learning strategy, enhance existing programs, and create new ones that support employee growth throughout their careers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the learning and development strategy, prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Design and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leadership development
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and create practical learning solutions that enhance performance
Required qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
  • Proven experience in building and scaling learning programs
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives independently
  • Experience designing engaging learning experiences for adult learners
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
