Learning and Development Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the planning and delivery of learning initiatives, the full-time temporary Learning and Development Program Manager will coordinate new role learning programs for US Commercial teams, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new to role learning programs, including virtual and in-person experiences and learner engagement activities
• Assist in developing and executing training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, and cross-functional learning
• Track attendance and program metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, project management, or leadership development
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
