Learning and Development Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Project Manager II (Associate).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings for new AH IT systems
• Collaborate with SMEs to create clear and engaging training content from complex system processes
• Manage multiple training deliverables while ensuring timely and high-quality output

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs for Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft applications
• Experience in project management to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing training materials is required with the application
