Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Project Manager to oversee contractors and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the company and clients, managing relationships and overseeing learning and development contractors
• Ensure effective utilization of contractors through capacity planning and monitoring project deliverables
• Evaluate future learning and development projects in collaboration with directors/product owners to determine staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Background in Learning and Development as a project manager
• Experience managing client partnerships and contractor relationships
• Strong project management skills, particularly in capacity planning
• Understanding of the corporate learning cycle, including analysis, design, and development
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
