Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist responsible for designing and facilitating training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, develop, and deliver learning content for new initiatives and processes to enhance employee performance
  • Facilitate virtual and on-site training for new employees and existing teams, including company orientation
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it meets organizational training needs and resolving technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of commercial insurance industry experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience navigating and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
  • Experience with curriculum development and e-learning platforms is preferred
