Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist responsible for designing and facilitating training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deliver learning content for new initiatives and processes to enhance employee performance
- Facilitate virtual and on-site training for new employees and existing teams, including company orientation
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it meets organizational training needs and resolving technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of commercial insurance industry experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience navigating and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and e-learning platforms is preferred
