Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute an effective training program for the DomaniRx platform
• Create eLearning modules and training materials, including guidebooks and videos
• Design and facilitate virtual live training sessions for internal and external participants

Required Qualifications

• Experienced trainer with the ability to create diverse training materials
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 is a plus
• Ability to facilitate training and conduct post-training assessments
• Self-management skills to meet goals and timelines
• Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders at various levels
