Job Summary

A company is looking for a L&D Specialist, Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and mentorship of HCAM and CSM teams
• Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and reporting
• Collaborate with L&D and leadership to ensure training materials are current and aligned with best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
• Experience delivering training in a remote environment for small groups
• Passion for learning and team development
• Proficient in conducting virtual training and using technology for training delivery
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks
