Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and deliver talent development solutions using best practice instructional design methods
• Integrate various learning components into cohesive blended learning solutions that meet business needs
• Define and implement measurement approaches for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of corporate experience in designing and implementing learning solutions
• Solid knowledge of learning and development standards and adult learning principles
• Adept in project and change management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
