Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement scalable development frameworks for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear expectations and growth paths for key roles in collaboration with HRBPs and managers
- Identify development needs and skill gaps through various data sources
- Design and coordinate learning offerings and resources to support career development and manager effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or related fields
- Experience designing and implementing development programs in fast-paced environments
- Ability to create clear and simple structures for development frameworks
- Familiarity with common L&D tools and systems for content organization and feedback tracking
- Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization is a plus
