Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement scalable development frameworks for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define clear expectations and growth paths for key roles in collaboration with HRBPs and managers
  • Identify development needs and skill gaps through various data sources
  • Design and coordinate learning offerings and resources to support career development and manager effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or related fields
  • Experience designing and implementing development programs in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to create clear and simple structures for development frameworks
  • Familiarity with common L&D tools and systems for content organization and feedback tracking
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization is a plus
