- 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
- Proven success in designing and delivering impactful learning programs
- Experience with digital training formats, such as video-based and micro-learning
- Strong commitment to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- High comfort level with AI tools and experience in designing AI-related training programs
