Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• Proven success in designing and delivering impactful learning programs
• Experience with digital training formats, such as video-based and micro-learning
• Strong commitment to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• High comfort level with AI tools and experience in designing AI-related training programs
