A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support global leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create instructional materials in collaboration with external vendors
• Oversee participant logistics and manage program budgets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning program delivery
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or a related field
• Instructional Design degree or accredited certificate preferred
• Familiarity with multimedia training platforms and LMS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
