Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning & Dev. Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and administers training programs, including virtual and live instructor-led courses
• Consults with business units to identify learning needs and recommends appropriate solutions
• Designs evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness and drives continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of experience in learning and development roles
• Experience delivering and facilitating training in-person and/or virtually
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with learning management systems and multimedia authoring tools preferred
