Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and update interactive learning modules into SCORM-compliant courses within the LMS
• Own assigned learning assets through their lifecycle, including build, publishing, and updates
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and ensure training reflects product and workflow changes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, or training operations
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining SCORM-compliant courses in an LMS using authoring tools
• Demonstrated ownership of learning assets end-to-end
• Ability to stay current on product or workflow changes and reflect them in training materials
• Willingness to support or co-facilitate training sessions
