Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning, Development & Training Specialist to create and manage training content for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured training materials to enhance understanding of standards and workflows
• Build and manage a tiered Verifier Certification Pathway with assessments and recertification
• Develop calibration guides and maintain training content governance to ensure alignment with updates

Required Qualifications

• Passion for regenerative agriculture and supporting related stakeholders
• Experience in designing training programs for technical or compliance-driven work
• 3+ years of experience in learning & development or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
• Able to identify workflow issues and translate them into actionable improvements
