Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join their Customer Support team in a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning materials, including eLearning modules and assessments
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs to support employee development
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, including instructional design and training facilitation
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs
• Experience supporting new or enhanced product launches within a technology organization
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and learning management systems (LMS)
